Our reader is someone who has started hearing about fideicomisos, preventas, or desarrollistas and wants to understand what those words actually mean in practice. Not to make a deal. Not to sign anything. Just to understand how the system works.
That reader deserves content that doesn't condescend and doesn't oversimplify. Real estate development in Argentina is genuinely complex. Our job is to make that complexity navigable, not to pretend it doesn't exist.

Argentina's real estate sector has developed a dense vocabulary of its own. Fideicomisos, UFVs, boletos de compraventa, escrituración. We always explain these terms the first time they appear, and we never use jargon as a shortcut to avoid a proper explanation.
